Customise Your Columns with Ease
When you hover your cursor over the top of any column, a set of helpful tools will appear:
Add new columns using the buttons on the far left and right. Once you name a column, you can drag candidates into it to build a fully customisable marking matrix to suit your evaluation system.
Reorder columns by using the six vertical dots - simply drag and drop to arrange your hiring workflow in the order that suits you best.
Rename columns using the pencil icon.
Delete columns using the bin icon.
By combining these tools, you can easily move and position each job applicant to match exactly how you run your hiring process.
