You can evaluate candidates within the hiring pipeline of CharityJob Recruiter. This can be useful when you need to look back at them to decide who to progress to the next stage.
You can add an evaluation for each candidate at each stage. Each evaluation includes a star rating from one to five, with the option to comment on the reason for your rating.
You can find all evaluations, including your colleagues’, in the ‘Evaluations’ tab.
Using the filters at the top of the hiring pipeline, you can also filter candidates based on the ratings you’ve given them.
