Screening questions are very useful to easily highlight applicants who have the right skills and experience for the role, or to quickly filter out those who don’t.
You can add screening questions on the 'Application Method' screen when you post a job using CharityJob Apply. You can select from three response types: yes/no, short answer open text and long answer open text.
When a candidate applies, they’ll see the screening questions and be required to answer them as part of their application.
When their application is submitted, you’ll be able to see their answers in their application so that you can easily filter them.
