Which application method should I choose?

Updated over a week ago

CharityJob offers a choice of 3 application methods:

1. CharityJob Apply (candidates can submit a CV, cover letter and/or answers to your bespoke screening questions via our website).

  • Access to our FREE CharityJob Recruiter ATS

Effectively manage your hiring process all in one place. View your hiring pipeline, schedule interviews, send bulk emails and more, all for free.

  • Get twice as many applications as other methods

A quick, easy and mobile-friendly process for candidates means more applications for you.

  • Reduce bias

Switching on Anonymous Recruitment removes candidates’ personal information until you choose to contact them.

  • Equal opportunities monitoring

Candidates complete our form and you can track the diversity of your applications and hires.

We highly recommend choosing CharityJob Apply, as it's preferred by candidates, meaning you’ll get twice as many applications.

2. Redirect (candidates are redirected to your website to submit their application when they click on 'Redirect to recruiter')

3. Other (candidates will follow your instructions, for example, submitting an Application Form)
